Responsibilities & Context
Monitor all kinds of technical issue (Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & AOP).
Bridge management between Textile & Garment unit. Analyze problems which are facing garment unit.
Develop solution and implement in production unit.
Follow-up on time quality fabric development. Follow-up top 5 defects and maintain the TNA.
Responsible for the first bulk approval from buyer/buying house. Risk analysis.
Follow-up the bulk production to meet quality.
Responsible to provide necessary support and update to buyer.
Assist line manager for overall activities of knitting, dyeing, finishing and discuss in case of any technical issue. Give feedback & communicate with internal & external stakeholders to meet submission deadline.
Monitor and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to streamline operations and resolve technical issues.
Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
